Home visits can be made at your home or place of work.
Areas covered include a 10 mile radius around Weybridge, Surrey and Reading, Berkshire.
In addition to the home visit itself, prescriptions and blood tests can also be done at the same time.
Fees:
Home Visit (Monday-Friday): £265
Home Visit (Saturday-Sunday): £285
